Description
This class will introduce the student to the art of kiln formed glass. No previous experience is required.
This 4 session class will cover the basics, including what kinds of glass can be used for forming, what glass fusing is all about, how to cut glass, color selection, pattern layout, and basic fusing techniques. Step by step instructions will be provided, helping the student explore the vast array of options with kiln formed glass. Each student will complete several projects during this session. This class is also a good refresher for those who have been away from fusing for awhile.
All materials are included and tools will be provided.
Dates for Class are: Monday May 14, Thursday May 17, Monday May 21, and Thursday May 24, 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM.
